About Me

Since I first picked up a camera in my early teens, I have wanted to be a professional photographer. Starting out as a staff photographer with my high school yearbook, I have worked with many different publications and organizations. Some of note include The Clearwater Sun, Saint Petersburg Times,  and the Tampa Tribune, among others.
In the fall of 1993 my wife and I moved to Raleigh, N.C. with our family from my hometown of Clearwater, Fla.
Since living in Raleigh, I have had the honor of working for The Raleigh News & Observer, North Carolina State University, Campbell Law School, and also for the Raleigh bureau of the Associated Press.
These experiences have shaped me into a seasoned professional capable of bringing over 40 years of experience to your project or event. I am skilled in all facets of photography and post production - as well as the art of retouching - but more importantly, the skill to get the desired results straight from the camera.
